VOTE for NLT as Best New Artist! + Portrait Mag's Top 30 under 30 list

First of all…they announced on MTV today who was nominated for Best Pop Video for the VMAs…and NLT didn’t make the list. BUT, we can vote for them AGAIN, this time for Best New Artist and Best Dancing In A Video! So please go vote and tell everyone you know to vote too!
